You found me (I’m back.)

YOOOOOO! I started this blog almost 10 years ago as a food / recipe blog for your dirty little eye holes to behold.

I have unlublished almost everything that was initially posted all those years ago.

What have I been up to? Well, a fuckton. A lot changes in a decade...

So, I'm back. I'm going to be here writing stories, posting pictures that I've been taking over the years, and yes, trying to share recipes.

Anyway, I'm back... Oh! I started an Instagram account called BaconCoveredUnicorn that is solely going to be where I post my photography. I may use some other service to host them, but I'm not sure what that will be.

New Dutch Oven!

I couldn't resist purchasing a  SUPER-AWESOME DUTCH OVEN  from Amazon. As I type, I realize that UPS tried to drop it off today and I was in K-Town eating delicious Korean BBQ, so I missed it. Hopefully I can get my hands on it tomorrow to get it seasoned in time for the weekend. The maiden voyage for said Dutch Oven will be Carnitas! Mostly because I just bought a 6 pound Pork Shoulder that really wants to be in my mouth-hole. See you guys this weekend.
